Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport

I want to share my outstanding experience with this hotel. The rooms are bright, clean and upgraded. Location is perfect. It is between the airport and downtown. But most importantly, the staff (I.e.Tanner, and housekeepers) and the manager Dinesh went above and beyond trying to accommodate the service for us. We felt very welcomed here. I highly recommend this place.

All was great except that I booked a room with an accessible roll in shower and while the room I got was clean and nice hot shower it had a regular bath. I did not notice til the morning or would have asked what happened. Suggestion -- the shuttle could run on weekends. This would make a major difference! Reception staff are welcoming and went out of their way. Thank you Duhan and Tanner for being so helpful!

5/5 Stars Great stay! The room was super comfortable, especially the bed. AC was cold, the vibe was quiet, and the breakfast was a great bonus for the price. Definitely a solid choice if you're visiting Austin and want to get the most for your money. Highly recommend!!!

Great for an early morning trip out of Austin. Breakfast doesn’t begin until 6:30, which is odd considering how close they are to the AUS. If you don’t mind prepackaged, throw-it-in-the-toaster or microwave kind of food, it’s fine. The guy who checked me in was competent and well groomed, but he acted like it was a transaction, which it is, but even these days, I still hope for some warmth and hospitality. The room was clean (except for the stains in the rug, but not much to be done about that). One one USB-A and one USB-C outlet that I could find in the room.

The night auditor checked us in and was very friendly. She offered a free snack and drink so that was A+++++. Our rooms did have a somewhat smell maybe like if somebody had smoked there before. Beds were comfy. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean.

Stayed at this location for the Austin Half Marathon. Rooms were small but clean, couldn't beat the free breakfast and 24-hour coffee bar! My travel/flight plans unexpectedly changed, and the manager Paul was able to accommodate me same day with a late check-out which made the entire process much less stressful. Enjoyed interacting with all staff members I spoke with. Would highly recommend this location, just be aware that Google or Apple Maps might not accurately show you how to enter the hotel. Mine kept bringing me to the Denny's parking lot, but you need to go right on Riverside and then turn right again at the stop sign before turning left into the parking lot.

Hotel was fine. The hotel reservation for the ride to the airport wasn't. They showed up late, didn't even ask for what airline was going to get on, then said to get out because they had another ride to pick up. Had to take a shuttle to the next terminal and it took forever. Only good thing was it was only 2 airlines, so wasn't late for my flight.

rooms were clean and recently renovated but the room across the elevator had NO noise insulation whatsoever so I would avoid. Breakfast was tasty. also keep in mind the DO NOT PICK UP from the airport but they drop you off for a $8 fee (which is cheaper than uber and very reasonable given how much cheaper they are compared to other hotels), just wish they did pick up too for a fee.
